1. QA/QC Leader

Placement: Cibitung Plant, Bekasi

Requirements:

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) Mechanical Engineering or any related educational background
• Proficient in English
• Experienced in the same field at least 3 years
• Proficient in computers skill
• Understand ISO 22000 & ISO 14001, HACCP, GMP
• Have a leadership Spirit, Planning , Delegation , Coordination and Team Work skill
• Willing to be place in Cibitung Plant.

Jobdesc:

• Manage man power QC Team
• Handling upnormality products (How to handle customer issued with Corrective Action & Preventif Action/CAPA method)
• Support audit both of internal or external audit
• Implementation QC 7 Tools & able to use formulas in Ms. Excel
• Create trial report, weekly report or quarterly report
• Able to use equipments such as a calliper, height gauge, micrometer, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

2. Utility Vice Leader

Placement: Cibitung Plant, Bekasi

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3/D4) / Bachelor Degree (S1) of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or any related background.
• Experienced in Manufacturing as Utility with handle teams/subordinate.
• Experienced handle Chiller, Boiler, Compressor, WTP/WWTP
• Able to do maintenance and preventif tools.
• Have strong passionated in Utility.
• Willing to be place in Cibitung Plant.

Jobdesc:

• Troubleshooting, Repair & Maintenance both Electrical or Mechanical, HVAC, PLC.
• Control and coordinate to achieve production targets and ensure that each machine is in normal operational condition.
• Doing coordination with team and SPV.
• Ensure utility supply and performance.
• Control the plant”s demand for auxiliary production utilities including water treatment, wastewater treatment, compressed air, chiller, cooling water, and chemical dilution facilities to ensure the continuity of production.
• Manage utility process equipment or machineries to be in a good condition.
• Organize the identification & troubleshooting of current failures and repairs in the plant.
• Accustomed to making preventive and maintenance schedules for machines and managing manpower for target completion (Mandatory).
• Other duties as assigned.
