Job Description

We are looking for Team Leaders (TL) for 7 part of production process:

• Stockfit
• Cutting
• Stitching
• Prefit
• Logistic
• ST1
• Nosew

Task & Responsibility

1. Coordinating and Controling parts of line of Production process to meet quality and schedule
2. Carry out part of the Production process in accordance with target quantity, time and quality standard set.
3. Preparing production process by setting up material and manpower allocation
4. Supervise, evaluate performance, educate, monitor employee development, and empower human resources, in accordance with standards to obtain multi-skilled employees.
5. Pay attention, plan improvements as needed in the production area to create a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirement:

1. The Candidate is expected to be safe & healthy minded
2. Minimum Education Senior High School
