   • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (previous experience in retail industry is a must)
   • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
   • Experience handling all channel distribution
   • Experience in planning and forecasting of a supply chain over multiple time horizons
   • Have good knowledge and understanding about sales distribution process
   • Have strong knowledge about basic finance/accounting, business/management, marketing
   • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to support business focused analysis and decisions
   • Ability to translate business problems into analytical tasks and communicate results back to management

   • Understand how to conduct psychological analysis.

   • Have at least 2 years of work experience in the same field.

   • Experience handling all channel distribution (especially GT)
   • Preferably Senior Manager position specialized in Sales/Business Development or equivalent (exposure in Marketing is a plus)
   • Strong business acumen, experience in managing screening potential business deals, sourcing partners (distributor), building relationship, and overseeing all aspects of collaboration, requirements, and contract negotiation.
   • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact succesfully within your network.
   • Enterpreneurial, self-motivated with strong problem solving skills.
   • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment.
   • Analyzing and identify market oppotunities and creating strategies for business development in food industry
   • At least 10 years of working experience in the related field (Sales) is required for this position (previous experience in FMCG is a must)
